Terms & Conditions - Cancellation survey voucher

1. The promoter is: Trade Direct Insurance Services Limited (company no. 01580129.) whose registered office is at Mill Pool House, Mill Lane, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EY.

2. One £10 Love2Shop eVoucher will be sent to each customer that answers all questions and submits the survey. We cannot exchange / provide alternative vouchers or any other item for completing this survey.

3. The offer is valid for existing public liability insurance customers whose policy was cancelled.

4. Each customer may only complete one survey using the same email address given on their insurance policy. Strictly one voucher per survey completed.

5. The voucher will be sent electronically using the customer email address you used to purchase your policy.

6. We reserve the right to withdraw the cancellation survey voucher at any time and without notice.

8. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
