Trade Direct Insurance's Customer Complaints Procedure
We pride ourselves on our customer service, and therefore take customer complaints very seriously. If something does go wrong, we are here to work hard and resolve the issue as quickly as possible; and while we hope that you never have cause to formally lodge a complaint with us, we do have a Complaints Procedure that details the ways in which you can lodge a complaint, and how we will record and process this.
