Price Doctor - £65 Cash Back (new customer promotion)

1. Promoter
The promoter of this offer is Trade Direct Insurance, Mill Pool House, Mill Lane, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EY (company no. 1580129).

2. Offer
Eligible new customers will receive £65 cash back when they purchase an eligible Public Liability Insurance policy during the Promotional Period and keep the policy active past the validation period stated below. This offer may be used alongside the £50 cashback offer when Van Insurance is purchased at the same time as Public Liability (see separate cashback T&Cs - https://www.tradedirectinsurance.co.uk/terms-conditions/50-cashback-terms-conditions/).

3. Promotional Period
Opens TBC and ends [TBC, 23:59] (UK time). *Entries outside this period will not qualify.

4. Eligibility
4.1 New customers only: You must not have held a Trade Direct Insurance Public Liability policy in the last 12 months.
4.2 Territory: UK residents.
4.3 Policy and payment: Purchase a new Public Liability policy online or offline, pay the initial 3 months premium and pass underwriting checks.
4.4 Exclusions: You will not qualify if, before the validation date, you: (a) cancel the policy, (b) miss a payment.
4.5 One Cashback per business and per policyholder. Group companies and multiple trading names under common control count as one policyholder for this offer.

5. How to claim & fulfilment
5.1 No separate claim form is required. If you remain eligible, your Cash Back will be emailed to the policyholder’s registered email address within 45 days after the later of: (i) the 14‑day cooling‑off period, or (ii) receipt of your first full premium (or first three-monthly instalments if paying monthly).
5.2 We will use the details on your policy to validate eligibility. Please keep your contact and email details up to date.

6. Cashback
Once all eligibility criteria and conditions have been met, our team will contact you to confirm the bank details for payment of the cashback. Alternatively, the cashback may be refunded to the original payment card used for the transaction.

7. Combined offers

8. Changes and cancellations
We may withdraw or amend the promotion for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Any changes will not affect customers who have already qualified.

10. General
If we suspect fraud or abuse, we may withhold or cancel Cash Back. Our decision on eligibility is final. Nothing in these T&Cs limits your statutory rights or your right to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
