Electrical wiring certification

This cover extends the insured definition of Services to include Certification and inspection of electrical wiring, as long as:

1. Any claim made is for something that happened while you were insured by this cover, or less than 12 months before your cover start date; and

2. you will be responsible for 10% of each claim, up to a maximum of £1,000

3. We won't pay the cost of replacing any electrical wiring that should have been identified as needing replacement by the first certification and inspection; and

4. we won't pay more than the value you choose for the period of insurance. This means that if you choose £100,000 cover but have to pay out a total of £110,000 in a year, we will only pay £100,000.
