Sometimes the worst does happen, but rest assured you're in the right place. We have listed the contact details of your provider, along with all the information that you will need to make a claim. All claims are handled by the insurer, please notify them of any claim, or an event that might lead to a claim.

You'll no doubt be asking yourself if making a claim will take long, if it's worth the hassle, if it will impact on your premium. The best thing to do is call your insurance supplier, they will be able to assist you. We are of course on hand to help any issues with your claim.   • Date, time and place
  • How it occurred
  • Names of witnesses and people involved
  • Damage to property (if applicable)
  • Estimated cost of repairs to property damage (if applicable)

Injury details

  • Contact details of injured party
  • Nature of injury
  • Hospital details (if necessary)
  • Date returned to work
