What are we looking for?

Someone who is proactive, self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a high performing team.

Someone who is passionate about supporting team performance and profitability through supporting the TDI Sales Team through efficient administration

Previous experience in customer service and/or as an administrator is desirable.

So, what is the role about?

As Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Contact prospective customers, collecting renewal dates and transferring sales opportunities into the Sales Team.
  • Ensure all insurance records are uploaded to the system by using a proactive chaser process.
  • Input accurate and confidential data onto the Company’s databases where appropriate
  • Prepare well-written and professionally presented correspondence
  • Be responsible for making a positive and proactive contribution to the efficient operation of the Team, supporting the team’s strong sales culture and customer-focused ethic by exhibiting professionalism and enthusiasm in every workday activity.
  • Achieve / exceed all individual targets set by the Board of Directors and Divisional Management team, specifically in relation to; Outbound Call Targets, Promotion of Company Product and Services, New Business, Cross-Selling and Document Administration
  • Operate strictly within agreed Company procedures to ensure high and consistent levels of customer satisfaction. Become fully conversant with the Company’s complaints procedures and abide by them.

Other information:

Permanent/Full time, Working hours: 9-5:30pm, Monday’s to Friday’s

We also welcome applicants with the option of flexible hours to accommodate around childcare or other lifestyle commitments.

1 hour break for lunch

Office is located in Ockford Road, Godalming
