What are we looking for?
Someone who is proactive, self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a high performing team.
Previous experience with customer service and in insurance is desirable.
So, what is the role about?
As Motor Insurance Advisor, you will be:
Handling a mixture of new business quotations for fleet insurance, commercial van/car insurance. There will also be cross-selling and upselling of other products.
Supporting renewals and policy adjustments for fleet insurance, commercial van/car insurance and dealing with customer queries.
Collecting payments when customers request mid-term adjustments and taking payments where there are changes in the policy premium.
Permanent/Full time, Working hours: 9-5:30pm, Monday’s to Friday’s
We also welcome applicants with the option of flexible hours to accommodate around childcare or other lifestyle commitments.
1 hour break for lunch
Office is located in Ockford Road, Godalming
