What does Contract Works cover?

The “Contract Works” extension provides cover for loss of or damage to the contract works for which you are responsible occurring at the contract location itself, or in transit to and from. It is designed to cover a property that is under construction, including un-used materials, and to cover claims arising from events such as fire, storm damage or malicious damage. We offer cover levels of between £10,000 and £1.5M. An excess of £250 is applicable to each claim relating to this cover option.
