Until Thursday 1st September 2022, Trade Direct Services sold and administered a range of insurance products under the trading name Gas Safety Insurance. As of that date, we no longer sell new Gas Safety Insurance policies; however, we still administer existing Gas Safety Insurance policies.
If you're an existing customer, there's no need to worry. Your policy will continue as though nothing has changed. You're backed by the same insurer, the same product and a long-standing broker.

Q. I have a Gas Safety Insurance policy, and I need to make a change. What should I do?
A. Give us a ring on 08000 280 380, and one of our team will update your policy for you. We'll issue updated documents and take care of any additional payment or refund.
Q. I have a Gas Safety Insurance policy and need to make a claim. What should I do?
A. Firstly, don't worry! The cover you have remains unchanged. The insurer behind your policy handles claims, but feel free to give us a ring on 08000 280 380, and our helpful team will assist in directing your claim.
Q. I have a Gas Safety Insurance policy, and my renewal is due. What should I do?
A. We will be issuing your renewal invite in good time before your cover expires. Your renewal invite will now come to you on Trade Direct Insurance headed paper. Your cover, policy number and your insurer will remain unchanged. We are writing to all our existing policyholders advising them of the changes. Hopefully, you've received something, but if not, our team can answer your questions on 08000 280 380 or enquiries@tradedirectinsurance.co.uk.
