Sales and Marketing Director, Trade Direct Insurance
At Trade Direct Insurance (TDI), we understand that life’s challenges whether personal, emotional, or work related can have a real impact on your wellbeing. That’s why we provide access to Zurich Support Services, a free, confidential, and fully independent wellbeing service available to our customers and where business insurance is held by their employees.
Zurich Support Services offers both emotional and practical support whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How Mental Health Support Works
1. Easy Access to an Initial Assessment
You can call and speak with a trained adviser who will listen without judgement and help you talk through how you’re feeling. If you have urgent concerns, you may also be signposted to NHS urgent mental health support.
2. Quick Appointment With a Counsellor
A fully qualified counsellor is assigned within two working days of your assessment.
Your first counselling session takes place within five working days.
3. Up to Five Counselling Sessions
You can access up to five sessions of short term, solution focused counselling. These can be arranged:
- Face to face
- By phone
- Via video call
Counselling can be used at any time whenever you feel you need support.
If longer term or specialist support is required, referrals can be arranged.
