Trade Direct Insurance Trade Talk September 2026 issue survey prize draw terms and conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Trade Direct Insurance Services Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 01580129, whose registered office is Mill Pool House, Mill Lane, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EY.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise unable to be processed due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, directors and officers of Trade Direct Insurance Services Limited and any individual directly involved in the administration of the prize draw.
By entering, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over and meet the eligibility requirements.
Where multiple entries are received from the same individual, only the first valid entry will be included in the draw.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must complete the Trade Talk survey and then submit a valid email address using the separate prize draw entry form.
No purchase is necessary.
Entry to the prize draw is optional. Completing the survey does not require you to enter the prize draw.
4. Entry period
The prize draw opens on 9am on 30 September 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 15 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
5. Entry limit
Only one prize draw entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed before the draw takes place.
6. The prize
There is one prize of a £100 voucher.
The winner will receive an e-voucher from Amazon to the value of £100.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
7. Selecting the winner
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The selection will be made using a verifiably random computer process.
8. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their prize draw entry within 5 working days of the draw.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within that period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
9. Winner Information
In accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements, the Promoter may make available the surname and county of the winner upon request.
Any request for winner information must be made within 30 days of the closing date by contacting marketing@tradedirectinsurance.co.uk
If the winner objects to their information being disclosed, the Promoter will consider such objection and will only disclose information where required by law or regulation.
10. Personal information
Email addresses submitted for the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, including selecting and contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
Prize draw contact details are collected separately from responses to the Trade Talk survey and will not be used to add entrants to marketing lists as a result of entering the draw.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Prize draw personal information will be retained for up to 3 months following completion of the prize draw and then securely deleted, unless there is a legal, regulatory or evidential reason requiring retention for longer.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
