All Trade Direct policy holders can now ‘Pay a policy premium’ or ‘Make a Claim’ without needing to log in.
Those customers who purchased an online liability, personal accident or legal expenses policy on or after the 10th October 2011 can also access their policy documentation via ‘My Trade Direct’ using a unique login. This feature is currently being developed to provide access for all of our customers and login details will be provided in due course.
